Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Grinta purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within **7 days** of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
- All tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
Installed or used equipment cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, contact support@grinta.store with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Shipping & Delivery
Local
Local Delivery (Bahrain): 1-2 business days.
Regional
GCC Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Note
Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day.
